We do not deliver or ship beef at
this time,
however we are pleased to have customers that have traveled great distances to purchase our delicious beef. We are open by appointment only. Please
call us prior to your visit to make arrangements for beef pick-up.

HOW IT'S SOLD
ASSORTMENT PACKAGES
Beef is sold in 100lb, 50lb or 30lbs assortment packages consisting of
50% steaks & roasts and 50% ground beef.
CUTS included in the assortments; RibEye, NY Strip, Rib, Sirloin, flat iron , skirt, flank, rump roast, chuck roast,
round roast, brisket, stew beef cubes & osso bucco.
All ground beef is in one pound
packages, all steaks are packaged individually.
All cuts are included in the 100lb package, Not all cuts can be included in the 30# & 50# assortments (may or may not have skirt, flank or flat iron & brisket) .
We also sell beef by the side ( 300lbs) cut to order at a local butcher shop.

If you are a customer from last year please remember to confirm your order by June 1 2012 at the latest. Deposits are due by June 1, 2012.

A 50% deposit is required by June 1, 2012, or at the time of order if after June 1.
Balance is due at pick up.
We do not take credit cards, personal checks are OK for the deposit, cash at pick up.
